Tomato Rasam Ingredients 2 tomatoes finely chopped 4 tbsp tur dal ½ lemon size ball tamarind fresh coriander 10-12 curry leaves 2 whole dried red chilies 2 tsp desi ghee ½ tsp mustard seeds 1 ½ tsp rasam powder ¼ tsp asafoetida Method Wash, drain and cook tur dal in 2 cup of water, give 2 whistles Strain & mash dal Soak tamarind in 1 cup of water, remove pulp & strain Add tamarind, rasam powder, salt, tomatoes in dal Cook for 4-5 min Heat ghee in a pan , add mustard seeds, dried red chillies, curry leaves, asafoetida and add to the rasam Garnish with coriander leaves Serve hot

Kesar Pista Smoothie INGREDIENTS Smoothie • ¼ teaspoon saffron strands, soaked in warm water • 2 frozen bananas • 10 pistachios, soaked • ⅓ cup coconut milk • 1 tablespoon jaggery • 2 dates, de-seeded • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder • pinch of rock salt Topping • 1 tablespoon roasted and crushed pistachios • 1 tablespoon roasted and crushed almonds • 1 teaspoon rose petals • few strands of saffron PREPARATION • Soak ¼ teaspoon saffron strands in 1 tablespoon hot water for 15 minutes. • Take 2 bananas, peel, slice and put in the freezer for about 6 hours. • Soak 10 pistachios in water for 6 hours. METHOD 1. Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (make sure to also add the water in which the saffron was soaked). 2. Pour into bowls and top with pistachios, almonds, rose petals and saffron.

High Protein Salad Ingredients 1 cucumber 1 radish 1 tomato 1 onion ¼ cup boiled rajma ¼ cup boil black eyepea beans( lobhia) 2-3 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp black pepper powder salt to taste Method Cut all the vegetables in small pieces. Mix with rajma ,lobhia ,lemon juice, salt & pepper Enjoy

ABC Juice Ingredients 2 apples ½ beetroot (small) 1 carrot 1 inch ginger piece ½ lemon 1 pinch pink Salt Instructions Peel beetroot and carrot. Chop them roughly along with apple. Place chopped items along with ginger in a mixer Blend with water Squeeze lemon, add salt, mix and enjoy.
